Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
• Able to tell data stories that influence senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
• Experience with data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau/PowerBI/Sigma.
• Proficient in segmentation techniques like RFM, clustering, and regression modeling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven, actionable customer insights to support client loyalty programs.
• Build audience lists to support CRM campaigns and engagement goals.
• Provide insights from complex data sources aligned with client strategy and success metrics.
• Create data visualizations and narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to design new data sources and tools.
• Develop test plans and learning agendas to maximize KPI impact and ROI.
