Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a data-driven Analytics professional to transform loyalty data into actionable insights. You will build audience segments, craft compelling narratives, and collaborate with engineering and BI teams to support client campaigns and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
• Ability to tell stories with data to influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma.
• Experience using segmentation techniques such as RFM, clustering, and regression modeling.
• Solid project management skills with multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Python/SQL knowledge preferred.
• Master’s in a related field or MBA is a plus.
• Fundamental marketing and loyalty knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven, actionable customer insights that drive sales and profits.
• Build and maintain audience lists to support targeted CRM campaigns.
• Provide recommendations based on deep data insights aligned to client strategy.
• Develop data visualizations and narratives for all stakeholder levels.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to design new data sources and tools.
• Create learning agendas, test plans, and attribution-focused analyses.
• Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and investments.
