Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of customer analytics or marketing/CRM experience.
• Ability to tell stories with data to influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Sigma).
• Experience with customer segmentation (RFM, clustering, regression).
• Strong project management and multi-project juggling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights that improve client loyalty programs and business metrics.
• Build audience lists to support CRM campaigns and engagement goals.
• Develop data visualizations and narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to create new data sources and tools.
• Create learning agendas and test plans to maximize KPI impact.
