Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
• Strong storytelling with data to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data exploration and visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/Sigma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or CS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven, actionable customer insights that drive sales and loyalty outcomes.
• Build audience lists to support CRM campaigns and engagement goals.
• Provide recommendations from complex data sources aligned with client strategy and KPIs.
• Develop data visualizations and narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to design new data sources and tools.
• Create learning plans/test plans to improve attribution and ROI.
• Manage workflow, scope and prioritization of client requests.
