Job summary

IEM is seeking a Full Time Low-Code Application Developer (Midlevel) to design, build, and maintain client-facing business applications on an enterprise low-code platform. You will create forms, workflows, data models, dashboards, and integrate with enterprise data sources in an agile environment.

The role supports two-week sprints, requires strong communication with stakeholders, and may involve travel to a client site in DC. Remote work is allowed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in software development; 2–3+ years on low-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise low-code apps (forms, workflows, data modeling).
• Experience developing dashboards/reports using BI tools.
• Experience in agile/scrum delivery teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Self-directed in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy apps on an enterprise low-code platform.
• Develop workflows, routing, notifications, and API integrations.
• Model relational data for reporting.
• Participate in two-week sprints and release activities.
• Produce technical and end-user docs.
• Adhere to security and compliance standards.
• Translate business requirements into solutions.
