Job summary

IEM is seeking a Full Time - Low-Code Application Developer (Midlevel) to design, build, and maintain client-facing business apps on enterprise low-code platforms. You will work in an Agile team delivering in two-week sprints and produce robust data models, dashboards, forms, and workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development and 2-3+ years on a low-code platform, with BI dashboard experience and strong stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of software development experience.
• Two to three (2-3) years hands-on in a low-code platform.
• Hands-on experience building apps on enterprise low-code/no-code platforms (forms, workflow automation, data modeling).
• Experience developing dashboards or reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Experience in agile/scrum delivery teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal Public Trust suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, build, test, and deploy applications on an enterprise low-code platform, including forms and dashboards.
• Develop automated workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations with enterprise data sources and APIs.
• Model and maintain relational data structures to support apps and reporting.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and deliver working increments in two-week sprints.
• Support release activities, regression testing, deployment, and post-release troubleshooting.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and end-user training.
• Adhere to security, accessibility, and configuration-management standards.
• Translate business requirements into working, maintainable solutions.
