Job summary

Mortgage Connect is seeking a Louisiana Resident Agent to manage workload issues across teams and clients while tracking productivity. You will prepare/issue LA titles and LA policies, identify underwriting issues, and ensure compliance with directives.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, lead initiatives, and collaborate to improve workflows. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a LA Resident Agent License are required; remote work is offered where

Responsibilities

• Prepare/issue LA titles.
• Prepare/issue LA policies.
• Identify and resolve underwriting issues.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting directives.
• Identify and implement process workflow improvements.
• Participate in testing environment as required.
• Participate in system enhancement process.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of departmental matters.
• Complete all assignments in a timely manner.
• Act as a leader within the company.
