Mortgage Connect is seeking a Louisiana Resident Agent to manage workload across teams and clients, ensuring productivity and compliance with underwriting directives. This remote role emphasizes leadership, efficiency, and privacy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a current LA Resident Agent License, with strong customer service and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/issue LA titles.
• Prepare/issue LA policies.
• Identify and resolve underwriting issues.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting directives.
• Identify and implement process workflow improvements.
• Participate in testing environment as required.
• Participate in system enhancement process.
• Maintain confidentiality of departmental matters.
• Complete assignments timely and act as a company leader.
