Job summary

Mortgage Connect is seeking a Louisiana Resident Agent to manage workload across teams, ensuring compliance with underwriting directives and timely completion of assignments. You will prepare/issue LA titles and LA policies, identify issues, and participate in testing and system enhancements while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Current LA Resident Agent License required.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/issue LA titles.
• Prepare/Issue LA policies.
• Identify and resolve underwriting issues.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting directives.
• Identify and implement process work-flow improvements.
• Participate in testing environment as required.
• Participate in system enhancement process.
• Maintain confidentiality of departmental matters.
• Complete all assignments in a timely manner.
• Act as a leader within the company.
