Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or applicable science or related experience and training.
• Professional designations such as CSP, CFPS, CIH, OHST, CPCU, ARM or CRM are preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local independent agency partners and clients.
• Conduct risk evaluation surveys to assist underwriting of new and renewal business.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with underwriters and field team associates.
• Provide loss control services, including training and consultation to existing commercial policyholders.
• Prepare technically detailed reports with clear risk assessments and recommendations.
• Attend field territory sales meetings as applicable.
• Update agencies on services status for their clients.
