Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with independent agency partners.
• Conduct risk evaluation surveys for underwriting of new and renewal business.
• Provide loss control services, such as training and ergonomic guidance.
• Prepare technically detailed risk assessment reports with recommendations.
• Travel to field territory and participate in sales meetings as applicable.
• Update agencies and internal teams on services status.
