Lifeforce is seeking a Board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join our remote clinician team. You will provide hormone optimization, weight management, and personalized care plans for members, leveraging our proprietary supplements and therapies.

This role emphasizes flexible scheduling and strong collaboration with health coaches to deliver best-in-class at-home care. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, deeply committed to patient-centered care, and able to work independently while staying

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with active, unrestricted Licenses and DEA number.
• Multi-state practice authorization (DEA states).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely.
• Proven time management and independent work capability.
• Comfort with HOT, weight loss therapies and peptides as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic interpretation and personalized lifestyle recommendations.
• Deliver Hormone Optimization Therapy and weight loss management when appropriate.
• Explain proprietary supplements and recommended therapies to members.
• Balance efficiency with thoroughness during synchronous visits and asynchronous tasks.
• Use evolving technologies to deliver care and communicate with members and staff.
• Maintain high-quality member outcomes through collaborative care.
