Job summary

Lifeforce is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse to join our on-site team at a ULC clinic location. You will work with physicians and health coaches to deliver high-quality longevity-focused care, including hormone optimization and IV therapies, in a fast-paced, startup environment.

You should be experienced in clinical triage, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about wellness and patient education. This role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN required
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state
• IV placement experience; infusion settings preferred
• Experience with GLP-1, Statins, and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
• OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens training within past 12 months (preferred)
• Experience operating a laminar flow hood for on-site IV compounding; USP 797 familiarity a plus
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work 40 hours per week including weekends
• Interest in wellness, fitness and nutrition
• Growth mindset and startup adaptability

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Lifeforce nutraceutical and pharmaceutical offerings
• Support member care: perform on-site assessments, injections, medications, education, and documentation
• Handle regulatory waste management per OSHA/state rules; maintain logs
• Act as liaison between on-site clinical team and Lifeforce support staff
• Manage clinical triage questions and escalate as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate clinical updates
• Proactively check-in with members on behalf of clinical/customer service teams
