Responsibilities include reviewing histories, interpreting labs, diagnosing deficiencies, prescribing therapies, and managing HRT/TRT protocols while educating patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with authority to practice in Texas.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with hormone optimization, longevity medicine, and metabolic health is desirable.
• Proficiency in interpreting laboratory results and adjusting therapies.
• Strong emphasis on patient education and preventive care.

• Conduct comprehensive new-patient consultations (in-person and telehealth when available).
• Review medical histories, symptoms, medications, and lifestyle factors.
• Interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic results.
• Diagnose conditions within scope of practice and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate and compliant with regulations.
• Manage hormone replacement therapy protocols and monitor progress.
• Order and review laboratory testing; adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients on medications, risks, benefits, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Hormone Optimization and Anti-Aging practice. This provider will serve as the primary clinical practitioner responsible for conducting consultations, evaluating new and existing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing therapies when clinically appropriate, and providing ongoing follow-up care. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys preventative medicine, hormone optimization, longevity medicine, metabolic health, and helping patients improve their quality of life through evidence-based care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive new-patient consultations (in-person and/or telehealth)
• Review medical histories, symptoms, medications, and lifestyle factors
• Interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic results
• Diagnose hormone deficiencies and other appropriate conditions within scope of practice
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate and in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT) protocols
• Monitor patient progress through scheduled follow-up visits
• Order and review laboratory testing
• Adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient response
• Educate patients regarding medications, risks, benefits, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Follow all applicable medical, legal, and ethical standards
