You will provide personalized care to our members, working alongside health coaches to implement hormone optimization, weight management, and lifestyle strategies.

This fully-remote, contractor role allows flexible hours while delivering high-quality healthcare. Candidates must be board-certified and licensed to practice in multiple states, with strong communication skills and a dedication to improving quality of life.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified M.D. or D.O. (preferred) or Autonomous NP.
• Active, unrestricted licenses and at least one DEA # to practice medicine in multiple states.
• Interest in a fully‑remote, 1099 contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leading‑edge approaches to diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations.
• Develop hormone optimization therapy and weight loss management.
• Leverage strong communication skills to improve member outcomes.

Skills

Strong knowledge in functional medicine

Excellent interpersonal skills

Understanding of Hormone Optimization Therapy

Strong time management skills

Education
