Job summary

Lifeforce is expanding its clinical footprint in Boulder, CO, seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality on-site care within our Ultimate Longevity Center. You will work with physicians and health coaches to support hormone optimization and nutraceutical/pharmaceutical therapies.

The ideal candidate is an RN/BSN with IV experience, GLP-1 and HRT knowledge, and a collaborative mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role offering comprehensive benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state you will practice.
• IV placement experience; infusion settings preferred.
• Experience with GLP-1 and HRT treatment; statins knowledge a plus.
• OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens training completed within 12 months (preferred).
• Familiarity with on-site IV compounding and USP 797 standards.
• Willingness to work 40 hours/week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site clinical assessments and administer injections.
• Educate patients on medications, side effects, and compliance.
• Document prescription updates and communicate with the clinical team.
• Segregate and document regulated medical waste per OSHA/state rules.
• Liaise between on-site team and Lifeforce support staff.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced startup environment.
