Job summary

Crump is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive revenue by building strong relationships with producers, recruiting new agents, and expanding existing agent groups. The role emphasizes proactive agent outreach and collaboration with sales resources to maximize territory potential.

The position is fully remote and requires the ability to promote product knowledge, perform complex illustrations, and utilize Crump resources to meet sales quotas while maintaining exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry, with one year in a sales support role.
• Ability to develop relationships with producers and recruit agents.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with key producers to discuss complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information.
• Maintain and grow team sales goal in coordination with sales resources
• Proactive calling to all assigned agents to build territory
• Develop new business by recruiting new agents and growing existing agent groups to maximize revenue potential
• Partner with sales resources in all aspects of producer development.
• Be able to call on lower producing agents in a sales capacity.
• Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with the sales, operations teams, the assigned group of agents, and solution centers.
• Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.
• Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex and advanced illustrations consulting on creative solutions
• Effectively utilize company client management system to manage sales process
