The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management and 2+ years of experience with TMS/WMS/ERP systems, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with TMS/WMS/ERP software and multimodal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation operations across BrightFarms greenhouse locations.
• Plan and optimize shipments, including routing, consolidation, and expedited loads.
• Secure carrier capacity and equipment to meet shipping schedules.
• Communicate shipment status and issues to internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Review freight invoices and support claims with documentation.
