Job summary

Magaya Corporation in Atlanta, GA seeks an Operations Consultant for logistics software implementations. You will lead multi-customer projects, mentor the Professional Services team, and ensure implementations meet scope, time, and budget objectives.

The role emphasizes freight forwarding, customs, and operational process optimization, with travel as needed. Strong experience with Magaya or similar ERP/SCM tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics operations or consulting.
• Experience with international freight forwarding, warehousing, and 3PL.
• Experience implementing logistics software (Magaya, CargoWise, GoFreight, Descartes, Flex Cargo).
• Understanding of P&L, AR/AP, and shipment margins.
• Ability to lead projects and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement Magaya products for new customers and improve customer value.
• Manage, train, and mentor the Professional Services team.
• Coach and evaluate implementation work.
• Oversee project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with solutions developers and train clients on modules.
• Report status of ongoing projects and issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
