Risus Talent Partners LLC is seeking a hands-on transportation and dispatch professional to support daily operations and help lead a growing team. The role focuses on learning the business, managing dispatch activities, and building relationships with internal drivers and external providers.

As the operation grows, you will take on supervisory responsibilities, oversee dispatch, coach team members, and drive efficient day-to-day operations while balancing customer needs, capacity, and costs.

Competenze

• Experience in transportation dispatch, logistics, or fleet coordination.
• Experience coordinating drivers, transportation providers, vendors, or field teams.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decisive in challenging situations.
• Ability to balance customer service with operational capacity and cost considerations.
• Experience working with remote teams across multiple locations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and support daily transportation and dispatch operations across multiple markets.
• Work with drivers, third-party providers, sales teams, and customers to ensure timely movement of equipment and materials.
• Monitor scheduling and routing while balancing resources and capacity.
• Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and escalations.
• Build relationships with drivers, haulers, and internal stakeholders.
• Help manage transportation costs while maintaining service levels.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and service disruptions.
• Provide dispatch coverage and hands-on support to maintain operations.
• Gradually take on supervisory responsibilities and coach other team members.
• Improve communication and processes across the transportation department.
• Travel occasionally to regional markets for meetings and relationship building.
