Job summary

The Driver Provider in Phoenix is seeking an Operations Manager to lead real-time transportation operations, with Dispatch as the immediate priority. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Dispatch operations and mentor operational managers.
• Define roles, decision rights and escalation protocols.
• Evaluate dispatch workflows, staffing models and coverage against demand.
• Establish operating rhythms: daily meetings, reviews and follow-ups.
• Set and monitor KPIs for service execution, staffing and response times.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Chauffeur Management, Fleet/Maintenance, Safety & Compliance and Client Services.
• Integrate new accounts and events into daily service delivery.
• Develop managers into confident, accountable leaders who run their areas.
• Assess processes and tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Create contingency plans for staffing shortages and disruptions.
