Job summary

Lifting-Gear-Hire-Corp (LGH) is seeking a Logistics/Freight Coordinator to manage outbound and inbound shipments across LGH locations nationwide, focusing on process efficiency and cost reduction. You will oversee the full freight process, create POs, and provide proactive shipment updates to customers and vendors.

The role supports customers across time zones with hybrid/remote capabilities and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Book and oversee full freight process for outbound/inbound shipments across LGH locations.
• Create and verify purchase orders for shipments; ensure PO accuracy on freight invoices.
• Provide daily shipment confirmations to customers, rental reps, freight suppliers, and vendors.
• Communicate load numbers and pro numbers after booking and shipping; monitor status updates.
