HireHawk is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support a remote operations team handling B2B import/export and global shipments. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage documents, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes clear written communication with carriers, vendors, warehouses, and Latin American customers, leveraging ERP/OMS systems to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in logistics or related operations.
• Experience in B2B logistics or import/export with international shipments.
• Hands-on coordination of domestic and international shipments.
• Fluent written English with professional email skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and warehouses.
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and flag delays.
• Maintain shipment communications with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping documents: bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, customs docs.
• Review discrepancies in weights, quantities, or records.
• Support final-mile delivery coordination and issue resolution.
• Enter orders in Order Management/ERP and generate logistics reports.
