Job summary

HireHawk is hiring for a remote, full-time contractor role to support global import/export logistics for customers across international markets. You will coordinate shipments, track progress, and ensure timely communication with carriers, warehouses, and customers from initiation to delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining ERP and order-management records.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in logistics or supply chain operations.
Experience in B2B logistics or import/export with international shipments.
Hands-on with domestic and international shipments and shipping docs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and other providers.
Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and flag delays or issues.
Update all stakeholders with timely shipment communications.
Prepare and validate packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, and customs docs.
Identify discrepancies in weights, quantities, or records.
Support final-mile delivery coordination and issue resolution.
Process quality and shipment-related claims and discrepancies.
Manage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics with accurate records.
Enter orders into Order Management and ERP systems and maintain data.
Produce recurring and ad hoc logistics and shipment reports.
