Motive seeks a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments from booking to delivery. You will collaborate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on‑time, accurate shipments and robust records.

This remote role requires proximity to Louisville, KY and effective cross‑timezone collaboration. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics coordination, strong organization, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets and ERP/TMS/WMS systems to

Competenze

• 2+ years in logistics coordination or related field.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, forwarders, brokers, warehouses, or 3PLs.
• Experience tracking shipments and managing delivery exceptions across regions or service levels.

Mansioni

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery.
• Track shipment milestones and communicate delays or changes to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update carrier information.
