Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Populate, update, and manage official property tracking databases (e.g., DPAS, GCSS-Army, or local unit property books).
• Map asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
• Conduct physical, wall-to-wall cyclic and sensitive item inventories.
• Match serial numbers, NSNs, and part numbers against system records.
• Generate and track sub-hand receipts, temporary loans, and component listings.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify pack-slips, coordinate shipping logistics, and manage storage yards.
• Research missing, damaged, or destroyed property; prepare FLIPL packets for government adjudication.
