Job summary

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the RTI Directorate at Ft. Belvoir, VA. You will manage government property and asset records, coordinate inventories, and prepare documentation for GCSS-A and eFLIPL actions, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with RTI leadership, FEB personnel, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate property accounts and timely transactions in accordance with DoD policies.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Obtain and maintain SECRET security clearance.
• Be able to perform physical activities related to inventory and warehouse support.
• Possess a valid driver's license if operation of Government or organizational vehicles is required.
• Willing to perform field and warehouse support duties in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Government property accountability personnel in maintaining property records in GCSS-A.
• Research, compile, validate, and reconcile data for property-book transactions.
• Prepare draft transaction documentation and supporting packages for Government review.
• Assist with tracking status of property actions and reconciliation requirements.
• Maintain eFLIPL-related records and supporting documentation as directed by Government.
• Prepare audit-support packages, reconciliation reports, and deficiency trackers.
• Coordinate with property custodians and stakeholders to obtain records and resolve discrepancies.
