Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst at MacDill AFB, FL. The role focuses on DoD property systems, asset tracking, and safeguarding military assets under federal regulations. You will work hands-on in a high-impact environment with exposure to DPAS, GCSS-Army, and FLIPL processes.

The ideal candidate has a DoD clearance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least four years in military supply or property operations, with a strong eye for detail and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required on Day 1.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 4 years in military supply room operations or property management.
• Proficiency with DPAS and GCSS accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain property tracking databases (DPAS, GCSS-Army).
• Oversee asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposition.
• Conduct physical, cyclic, and sensitive item inventories.
• Match serial, NSN, and part numbers for accountability.
• Generate/track sub-hand receipts, loans, and component listings.
• Inspect shipments and coordinate incoming/outgoing logistics.
• Manage local warehouses and storage yards for efficiency.
• Draft investigation packets for missing/damaged property (FLIPL).
• Advise unit personnel while following FAR and DoD protocols.
