Job summary

Neighborly, a network of home and business service brands, seeks a Local Performance Marketing Specialist. You will drive local marketing programs for franchise owners, align with brand strategy, and partner with Field Business Coaches to hit revenue and market-share targets.

You will monitor plans, coach owners on channel mix, and optimize acquisition, retention, and loyalty, delivering measurable growth across online and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing required.
• 3+ years marketing experience ideally within a franchise service or retail industry.
• 3+ years' experience with digital marketing, highly analytical and data-driven.
• Strong track record of delivering results in a high growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and coach franchise owners on local marketing plans and programs.
• Provide integrated marketing plan tracking and coaching recommendations.
• Track key marketing metrics online and offline, focusing on qualified leads and revenue.
• Present marketing plans during onboarding and guide first- and second-year plan targets to break-even.
• Sell in local programs with recommendations to franchise owners or capture their local marketing plan.
• Develop roll-up reporting on franchise participation to drive leads and revenue and support analytics reviews.
