Job summary

The NBA is seeking a Program Coordinator for Local Media Business Operations in New Jersey. This temporary role supports day-to-day operations, billing, and cross-functional workflows across Finance, Broadcast Operations, and participating NBA teams.

Responsibilities include managing monthly bill-back, maintaining dashboards, and developing SOPs to improve efficiency. Requires 2+ years in operations/finance and strong Excel skills, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business operations, program coordination, or finance is desirable.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Local Media Team Program and monthly billing.
• Maintain financial tracking tools and dashboards for reporting integrity.
• Prepare executive and team-facing reports on spend, forecasts, and risks.
• Process invoices and support reconciliation of expenses and budgets.
