Job summary

LoanCare is seeking a detail-oriented Loss Mitigation professional to manage the loan remediation pipeline, tracking, prioritizing, and updating all assigned cases.

Responsibilities include collecting, verifying, and imaging required documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, and performing timely follow-ups with internal teams and third-party vendors to obtain necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Loss Mitigation or related functions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn proprietary loan systems.
• Proven ability to organize, track, and verify loan documentation across multiple systems.

Responsibilities
