LoanCare is seeking a Cash Specialist I to support homeowners by collaborating with clients, industry partners, and internal teams. You will handle mail processing, data entry, and payment research while ensuring compliance and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, open, sort, review, and maintain incoming mail by type.
• Prep and scan checks, documents, and Unclaimed Property letters to image repository and export data.
• Review and respond to customer emails regarding Unclaimed Property.
• Process servicing documents and accounting tasks; data entry, document review, tracking, filing, and payment research.
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors to ensure accurate file processing.
• Review audit findings with leadership for process improvements.
• All other duties as assigned
