Job summary

CEN is seeking a Loan Servicing Tracking Specialist I to review and track loan documentation for new and existing loans, ensuring compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements.

The role involves analyzing borrower credit files, recording results in internal systems, and staying current with changes to policies and regulations; candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and comfortable with compliance training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a specialized field such as basic accounting or computer basics.
• Equivalent of four years in high school plus specialized training.
• Two years of college plus two years related experience.
• Ability to read and follow policy manuals and memos.

Responsibilities

• Review post-closing loan files for compliance and record results in internal tracking system.
• Analyze borrower credit files for adherence to bank policies.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with credit, underwriting, and loan policies.
• Respond to phone or email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on changes to loan policies and federal regulations.
• Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
