PeoplesBank is seeking a Loan Processing Representative to support lending operations by onboarding new loan applications and guiding them through the review, documentation, disclosures, and closing process.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong communication as you coordinate with borrowers, originators, underwriters, attorneys, and third-party stakeholders from application to closing, with remote work within the same time zone and within commuting distance to Holyoke,

Competenze

• AA degree or equivalent or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of lending guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with borrowers and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Onboard new loan files and confirm data accuracy.
• Analyze loan files to determine required additional documentation.
• Coordinate with borrowers, originators, underwriters, and attorneys.
• Schedule closings and prepare closing packages for consumer loans.
• Maintain knowledge of HMDA, Mavent, and regulatory guidelines.
