PeoplesBank is seeking a Loan Processing Representative to support lending operations from application through closing. You will onboard new loan applications, verify data, gather documents, prepare disclosures, and coordinate with borrowers, originators, underwriters, attorneys, and other stakeholders while ensuring a compliant process.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one-year related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new loan files and confirm data accuracy.
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and qualification.
• Advise borrowers on product requirements, pricing, policies, and guidelines.
• Manage pipeline and serve as primary contact for all parties and third-party stakeholders.
• Coordinate with loan originators, underwriters, attorneys, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare disclosures and closing packages for consumer loans.
• Adhere to procedures and suggest updates as needed.
• Review HMDA and Mavent reports for accuracy and changes.
