Peoples Bank is seeking a Remote Loan Operations professional to book and advance commercial loans, manage collateral liens, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and timely problem resolution.

Typical hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with a focus on ensuring loan documentation compliance and efficient processing in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year banking experience with loan operations duties and/or training preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Accurately book and check back commercial loans per service levels.
• Identify and track loan document exceptions for clearance.
• Process collateral lien perfection and releases for paid-out loans.
• Manage loan files and related documentation.
• Process loan payments and research issues as needed.
• Review general ledgers to ensure balances and outages are addressed.
• Respond to calls and research issues from customers.
• Resolve internal tickets within SLA and assist with complaint resolutions.
• Cross-train on other roles and participate in additional duties in the department.
