• NMLS registration is required and must be obtained after a period.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations and Bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new loan files and verify data accuracy.
• Review loan files for completeness and qualification.
• Coordinate with borrowers, originators, underwriters, and attorneys.
• Manage a pipeline from application to closing and prepare disclosures.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
