Matlen Silver is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to support core banking conversions, system implementations, and operational cutovers. This remote US role requires strong back-office loan operations experience and the ability to travel 50–60% for 1–2 trips per month.

Qualificações

• Strong back-office loan operations experience.
• Experience with consumer, commercial, or real estate loan portfolios.
• Understanding of loan parameters and system configurations.
• Knowledge of billing structures, interest accruals, and payment posting mechanics.
• Hands-on escrow administration experience.
• Escrow analysis and reconciliations experience.
• Test script execution and UAT experience.
• Data validation and post-conversion checks experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%–60%, typically 1–2 trips per month lasting 6–9 days.
• Ability to work extended and non-traditional hours during critical cutover periods.

Responsabilidades

• Support core banking conversions, system implementations, and operational cutovers.
• Assist with loan system and parameter configuration.
• Validate loan payment postings and transaction processing.
• Review billing structures and interest accrual configurations.
• Support escrow administration, including escrow accounts and impound disbursements.
• Perform escrow analysis and reconciliations.
• Validate loan data during mock conversions and testing cycles.
• Assist with test script execution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform data validation and post-conversion operational checks.
• Identify and troubleshoot loan data or processing discrepancies.
• Support live cutover and go-live activities.
• Work with operations, implementation, testing, and banking teams throughout the conversion process.
