Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking an Integrated Claims Examiner-LOA to manage Leave of Absence systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Absentys. You will program client letters, QA in UAT, and assist in training and audits.

The role may include LOA claims management for internal staff and external clients, with hybrid work options. The candidate should have a college degree (Bachelor's preferred), 2+ years LOA experience, and knowledge of federal/state leave laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Integrated Claims Examiner-LOA.
• Knowledge of federal and state leave laws; aptitude for logic and systems programming.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots problems/issues in LeaveLink and escalates to vendor as needed.
• Programs client letters and policy changes in LeaveLink.
• QA of programming in UAT and production before go-live dates for new clients.
• Tests new functionality and assists in developing processes for enhancements.
• Assists in training for new modules and annual LOA road show training.
• May participate in LOA claims management for RSL and Matrix employees.
• Assists in audits and prepares statistical and productivity reports.
• Provides support to implementation teams for premium billing; testing for data feeds.
