Job summary

Third Space Therapy seeks experienced Licensed Supervisors to provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as they work toward full licensure. You will deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community while supervising from a remote home office.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LMSW license in Michigan with board approval for clinical supervision.
• Master's degree in Social Work.
• Proven track record guiding associates to full licensure.
• Malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.
• Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines and clinical documentation.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
• Deliver telehealth services to Medicaid community.
• Supervise from remote location with a schedule you set.
• Offer feedback-focused guidance to help associates achieve licensure.
