Job summary

Third Space Therapy seeks experienced Licensed Supervisors to provide board-required clinical supervision for associates pursuing licensure and to deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

You will supervise on a flexible schedule from a private, HIPAA-compliant home office, supervising according to your professional judgment and Medicaid guidelines. Experience with EHR systems and a collaborative approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid license in good standing in New York with board approval to supervise.
• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Proven track record guiding associates to full licensure.
• Malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and treatment planning.
• Experience with EHR and other digital tools.
• Quiet HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
