Job summary

Third Space Therapy is seeking experienced Licensed Supervisors to provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians pursuing licensure and to deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community. We offer a flexible supervision structure—supervise from anywhere on a schedule you set—plus compensation paid per associate you supervise.

Qualifications

• A valid license in good standing in New York with board approval to provide clinical supervision
• Master’s degree in Social Work is required
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
• Malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and Medicaid guidelines
• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools
• Quiet HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred and additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians pursuing licensure
• Deliver telehealth services to Medicaid community
• Supervise according to board requirements and personal clinical judgment
• Maintain compliant documentation and support associates through Medicaid processes
