Job summary

Mindful Care, Inc. in New York City is hiring New York State LMSWs to provide remote psychotherapy in a structured, supportive clinical environment with built-in supervision, scheduling, and billing services.

This hybrid role at our Midtown Manhattan office offers a 4-day workweek, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM or 10:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts, and a pathway toward licensure with weekly supervision and collaborative team support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and active LMSW license in New York.
• Experience with telehealth and in-person psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth and in person.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intakes as needed.
• Deliver both long-term therapy and MicroTherapy sessions.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team members.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team collaboration.
• Support group therapy, intake, or MicroTherapy coverage as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations.
• Practice a person-centered and ethical approach to care.
