As the LTI Manager, you’ll own end-to-end integration projects, train stakeholders, and partner with product and operations to deliver seamless, compliant learning experiences

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing onboarding/training role with educational-technology systems.
• Experience with LMS platforms and API integrations.
• Understanding of data privacy and FERPA/GDPR obligations.

Aufgaben

• Lead end‑to‑end LMS integrations between schools and the Ascend platform.
• Ensure FERPA/GDPR data privacy compliance during data exchanges.
• Oversee cross‑functional integration projects across LMSs and Ascend ecosystems.
• Develop and deliver internal and external training sessions and guides.
• Support platform enhancements and adoption health for client success.
• Coordinate with product, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues.
