Turner Construction Company is looking for a Lead LMS Administrator to oversee the administration and support of its global Learning Management System and Knowledge Management platforms. This role enables knowledge sharing and operational excellence across regions.

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in LMS administration, preferably with Absorb LMS, and will provide essential support to global users, ensuring data integrity and user engagement.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work and requires some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience administering LMS and/or knowledge management systems.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise LMS platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting global users across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the global LMS across regions.
• Organize and manage knowledge repositories like SharePoint.
• Provide user support and training for both systems.
