Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to act as the enterprise LMS administrator and primary administrator for Cornerstone. You will partner with HR COEs, business units, and employees to optimize workflows, maintain SLAs, and drive continuous process improvements.

The role focuses on completing course creation, curriculum review, and reporting to support decision-making, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in HR systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of LMS and learning content/tool administration experience.
• 3+ years with learning and development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Canva, Mentimeter, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Synthesia, etc.
• Experience with HRIS systems and case management tools.
• Experience in HR shared services and HR operations preferred.
• Understanding of centralized service delivery, SLA’s, and process optimization principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first-line contact for inquiries specific to the Learning and Development system (Cornerstone LMS) via the Service Now case management system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation in Service Now case management system.
• Serve as LMS (Cornerstone) primary Administrator for enterprise.
• Support learning, development and training projects, such as course creation and curriculum review.
• Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs for all L&D processes.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with organizational training requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to streamline the L&D processes.
