Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
• Proven experience in maintaining clinical records and preparation of related reports.
• Strong ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for conveying complex ideas clearly.
• Sound judgment and the capacity to make independent, informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Facilitate pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.
• Timely completion of required documentation while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational practices.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate mental health conditions as determined by the clinical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans.
• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.
• Build and maintain effective communication with service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
• Actively pursue professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and other educational activities.
• Represent the agency during statewide meetings and contribute to task forces that align with our mission.
• Promote and integrate the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.
