• Master's degree in behavioral health field is required.
• Current independent LMHC license issued by the state board is required.

• Demonstrable capacity for exercising professional judgment while making independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans and crisis intervention strategies, collaborating with clinical teams to create effective behavioral guidelines.
• Provide ongoing consultations as required, ensuring that pre-crisis, crisis, and medication treatment plans are effectively executed and documented in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools for accurate diagnoses and treatment efficacy, adapting approaches based on client needs.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with relevant state agencies, service systems, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care delivery and resource coordination.
• Engage actively in professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and participating in committees related to mental health best practices, thus contributing to community wellness efforts.
