Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
• Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and document case notes.
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
• For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain at least 32 available hours per week for patient care.
