Job summary

OptiMindHealth is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our remote team in Everett, MA. You will provide high-quality outpatient care with flexibility for telehealth or onsite work, while receiving robust clinical and administrative support.

The role requires a Master's in behavioral sciences, an active LMHC license, and experience with electronic health records. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to expand access to care and reduce stigma.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited university.
• Full, current, unrestricted LMHC license to practice independently.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement a treatment plan with documentation.
• Provide excellent care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
• For Full-Time status, maintain at least 32 available hours per week.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
